NCell Cup, Day 4: Hat-trick hero Jumanu sees off APF, BUC defeat SYC

5th December, 4th day of the ongoing NCell Cup 2070, Jumanu struck gold for Police Club to see APF went crashing out of the group stage. Three goals coming in at 27th, 65th and 71st minute of the game, made sure that APF had no chance in the game. Similarly in another match today; Boys Union beat Saraswati Youth Club 3 - 1. Ashim Jung Karki's super strike from 35 yards opened the scoring for BUC, with other goals for team coming from Rakesh Lama and Kiran Rai. Krishna Gopal Shrestha had earlier equalised for SYC.

In the first match of the day. NPC faced another departmental rivals APF, in what was supposed to be a great match. But in the end, APF were no match for Police Club. APF however had the first chance to take the lead but were denied a goal when Ganesh Lawati's strike hit the pole. APF then after looked a little out of game and Jumanu made no mistake to utilize the chance. Jumanu proved, why he is considered the first choice striker for the national team. The game ended 3 - 0 in favor of NPC.

 Later in the day, the next match was between Boys Union and SYC ended in favor of BUC with a convincing score of 3 - 1. Ashim opened the scoring for BUC in the 17th minute, which remained the only goal until the end of first half of the game. Second half was the exciting part of game, with SYC getting back into the game in second minute of the second half. 

The comeback however didn't last long and BUC got back with a goal from Rakesh Lama in the 54th minute. An 85th minute strike from Kiran Rai made sure that BUC walk out of the game with all the available points.
